Bernardo Silva has said ‘yes” to Barca’s proposal to sign him this summer.
SPORT report that Bernardo has given his go-ahead to Barcelona for his signing.
He has informed Manchester City and Pep Guardiola about his decision, too.
Bernardo Silva finds himself among the players wanted by Barcelona in the summer, but his transfer is riddled with a lot of conditions.
His price tag is placed at £90 million, which is a huge sum for the Catalan club, as they’ll have to raise revenue from player sales and reports have it that the club is in talks with Manchester United over the sale of Frankie De Jong.
Barcelona will be activating an economic lever by selling a further 15% of their TV rights, which is expected to bring in nearly €300-350 million.
Bernardo’s contract ends in 2025, and Man City are in no rush to sell Guardiola’s priced asset unless the right amount is discussed.
