The Delta Ijaw Comrade Community has congratulated the new President of the Ijaw National Congress (INC), Prof Benjamin Okaba following his hard earned victory.

In a congratulatory message signed by it’s Acting Chairman, Comrade Welemu Ayoromiegha, the DICC extended it’s goodwill to all other elected Executives of the foremost Ijaw group.

While congratulating Prof Okaba, Welemu called on the erudite scholar and his executives tp exhibit fearlessness in the discharge of their duties.
