The Delta Ijaw Comrade Community has congratulated the new President of the Ijaw National Congress (INC), Prof Benjamin Okaba following his hard earned victory.

In a congratulatory message signed by it’s Acting Chairman, Comrade Welemu Ayoromiegha, the DICC extended it’s goodwill to all other elected Executives of the foremost Ijaw group.

Prof Benjamin Okaba emerged President following a close battle with Alaowei Kingsley Owotorufa and Dr Chris Ekiyor.
