Sola Kafinta, a Kwara-based comedian, has tendered an apology to the president-elect, Bola Tinubu.
The apology was equally extended to his people, the Yorubas.
The comedian had supported and campaigned for the presidential candidate of the Labour Party, Peter Obi in Ilorin, the Kwara state capital.

According to the comedian, the reason he supported Obi was that he was brainwashed.
He claimed that now his eyes were open and that he was sorry.
Kafinta made the apology
in a video he posted online.
He said:
“I want to say an apology to Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu and to all my Yoruba tribe. I want to say I am sorry. I regret supporting Peter Obi. I was brainwashed, that was the reason for supporting Peter Obi.”
