Indonesia Plans to Criminalise S3x Before Marriage

Indonesia has said it will pass a new criminal code outlawing s3x outside of marriage in the country.

It explained that the new code would include tourists, citizens, and foreigners alike.

Also, in a draft code from the country’s government, there would be penalties for abortion, while defaulters of the no s3x before marriage law would serve a punishment of up to a year in prison.

Other laws include imprisonment for up to three years for insulting the president

While the punishment for insulting the national flag, emblems, and anthem with up to five years in prison.

It stated that anyone who broadcasts or helps spread the insults could face up to four years in prison.

A previous attempt to enshrine the strict new morality laws failed after widespread protests across the country.

Meanwhile, according to Indonesia’s deputy justice minister, Edward Hiariej the new criminal code is expected to be passed on December 15.
