The member representing Burutu Constituency I in the Delta State House of Assembly, Amb. Alapala Anthony Ebitonmo has declared that the time for governance has come.

The Minority Whip also insisted that his representation will be beyond political lines, saying that every citizen in his constituency will feel the impact of his parliamentary acumen.

Alapala said this while addressing newsmen at the end if his Thank You tour to four units rerun election was held, on Saturday.

According to the lawmaker, the fact that his electoral victory was sustained and reaffirmed by his constituents, the people will enjoy every benefits accrued to them.

“This us time for governance. This is not time for party politics again. I’m representing Burutu people and not APC,” he said.

“I want to appeal to everybody, let’s join hands to move Burutu forward,” Alapala added.

Meanwhile, the lawmaker commended Governor Sheriff Oborevwori and his colleagues at the state assembly for accelerated passing of the Burutu Maritime Polytechnic Bill into law.
