Kemi Badenoch, the UK Conservative party leader, has expressed her desire to prevent Britain from becoming like Nigeria, a country she believes is struggling due to poor governance.

In her first speech of the year, Badenoch explained her push for “real conservatism” that guarantees a “better, richer and safer” tomorrow for the younger generation of Brits.

“Why this matters so much to me is because I know what it is like to have something and lose it. I don’t want Britain to lose what it has,” said Badenoch.
