Jack Grealish Praises Ilkay Gundogan as One of the Best

Manchester City midfielder Jack Grealish praised Germany’s Ilkay Gundogan after the Barcelona star shone in a 2-0 victory over Hungary at Euro 2024.

Germany secured their spot in the last 16 with two wins from two in Group A. Gundogan, 33, scored in the match at Stuttgart Arena and also assisted Jamal Musiala’s opener in the 22nd minute.

Grealish, who wasn’t selected for England’s squad for the tournament, watched Germany’s win and expressed his admiration on Instagram, saying, “Can’t explain how good this guy is, man. Honestly one of the best I’ve ever had the pleasure of playing with.”
