Breaking: Barcelona Pay Release Clause For Xavi | Daily Report Nigeria

Barcelona have paid the full release clause to bring back former playmaker, Xavi to manage the Catalan club.

This was announced by Xavi’s Qatari employers, Al Sadd, saying the move will now see Xavi Hernandes return to manage his boyhood club.

Al Sadd made the announcement via a statement on their official Twitter handle on Friday, saying;

“Turki Al-Ali: The #AlSadd administration has agreed on Xavi’s move to Barcelona after the payment of the release clause stipulated in the contract.

“We’ve agreed on cooperation with Barcelona in the future. Xavi is an important part of Al-Sadd’s history and we wish him success.”
