How Donald Trump raped me, Jean Carroll reveals
Jean Carroll, a prominent American journalist, who accused former United States (US) President Donald Trump of raping her, has testified in court.
According to Carroll, Trump committed the crime in a Manhattan department store dressing room in the mid-1990s.
Carroll, who is now 79 years old, made this revelation while testifying in a federal battery and defamation civil case against Trump at a Manhattan federal court in New York.
The case was brought by the former Elle magazine columnist over a rape allegation that occurred either in 1995 or 1996.
She said:
“I am here because Donald Trump raped me, and when I wrote about it, he said it didn’t happen.
“He lied and shattered my reputation, and I am here to try to get my life back.
When asked, “How do you feel about men?” she said, “I like them!”
“He came through the door, and he said, ‘Hey, you are that advice lady.’ ”
Carroll said she replied:
“Hey, you’re that real estate tycoon.”
She continued:
“I love to give advice, and here was Donald Trump asking me for advice about buying a present. It was a wonderful prospect for me.
“I was extremely confused and suddenly realising that what I thought was happening was not happening.
“I didn’t want to make a scene. I was almost too frightened to think if I was afraid or not.
“His fingers went into my v3gina, which was extremely painful.”
She explained that Trump then inserted his p3nis. Carroll added she had not had sex since.
Meanwhile, Trump denied any wrongdoing in the case. In a post on his Truth Social site from October 2020, the ex-president labelled Carroll’s claims as a “hoax” and “complete scam.”

He had stated that Carroll was “not my type.” The Ex-president claimed Carroll was “totally lying,” stating that he has never met her before.
But Carroll said the incident began when Trump directed her to try on a body suit in the lingerie section. When she refused, he allegedly pushed her against a wall, pulled down her tights, and raped her.
Carroll’s account was supported by two friends who she confided in at the time of the incident, and by a photograph of her with Trump which was taken around the same time.
While some have dismissed Carroll’s claims as politically motivated, others have pointed out that her account was consistent with the behavior that Trump has been accused of in the past.
Reports insisted that there were numerous accusations of s3xual misconduct that have been made against Trump over the years.
