Abdulmumin Jibrin Not Leaving APC – Buhari’s Aide

President Muhammadu Buhari’s Personal Assistant on New Media, Bashir Ahmad, has expressed confidence that the Director-General of the Bola Tinubu Campaign Organization, Abdulmumin Jibrin would not dump the All Progressives Congress, APC.

Daily Report Nigeria had earlier reported that Jibrin on his Facebook page on Saturday, said he would leave APC.

According to the former House of Representatives member representing Kiru and Bebeji Local Government Areas: “I have given the APC all the contribution I can, so it’s now a time for me to move forward. I will announce my new party in the next 24 hours.

“I will make a formal statement in due course,”

Reacting via his Tweeter handle, Bashir Ahmad said: “I am confident Honorable Abdulmumin Jibrin is not leaving us, the APC state chapter in Kano will engage him and find a way to resolve the issue he has with party at the lower level. We are family.”
