APC Members Traveling to Abuja For NASS Inauguration Die in Auto Crash

The All Progressives Congress (APC) in Oyo State has lost its chairman, Ajiboye Omodewu, who passed away after a prolonged illness.

Omodewu, a dual citizen of Nigeria and the United States (US), had been receiving medical treatment in the US for nearly a year before his demise.

A native of Otu-Itesiwaju, Omodewu had a distinguished political career, serving as a commissioner in various ministries during the tenure of the late former governor, Abiola Ajimobi.

In addition to his political accomplishments, Omodewu recently achieved a notable personal milestone by completing his law degree and graduating from law school.

News of Omodewu’s passing was confirmed by Olawale Sadare, the Publicity Secretary of the APC, in a brief statement.
