The vice president of Nigeria, Kashim Shettima has embarked in a journey to Sweden.

The vice president, while representing the country has embarked on a 2-day visit to the country of Sweden.

Shettima is said to be representing Nigeria in bilateral engagements with the Scandinavian nation, part of this include the discussion and meeting with Crown Princess Victoria of Sweden and the Swedish Prime Minister.

He is also said to scout for opportunities for Nigeria, in aspects of ICT, innovation, education, digitalisation, sustainable transport, mining, and agriculture.

The Presidency adds that Shettima will also meet with key stakeholders in both the Government and Private Sector.
