Al Ittihad striker Karim Benzema has made a visit back to Real Madrid’s training facility, Valdebebas, for additional tests and treatment on his recent injury.
This information was shared by football transfer expert Fabrizio Romano on Wednesday night. He tweeted, “Karim Benzema has returned to Real Madrid’s training ground, Valdebebas, to undergo further tests and receive treatment for his injury. Al Ittihad expressed gratitude to Real Madrid for their assistance with Benzema’s injury management.”
Benzema joined Al Ittihad from Real Madrid last summer as a free agent. The Saudi Arabian club is hoping the French star will be ready to play in their final five games of the season.
