The All Progressives Congress, APC, has constituted an eight-member committee headed by the Governor of Kwara State, Abdulrahaman Abdulrazaq to zone party offices.
The National Secretary of the party, John Akpanudodehe made this known in a statement issued Wednesday in Abuja.
According to him: “The National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC) Caretaker/Extraordinary Convention Planning Committee (CECPC) and Governor of Yobe State, His Excellency, Mai Mala Buni, has approved the appointment of the Party’s Zoning Committee for the forthcoming National Convention.”

Deputy President of the Senate, Ovie Omo-Agege would serve as Deputy Chairman of the committee, while the Deputy Governor of Anambra State, Nkem Okeke would serve as Secretary.

Other members are Comrade Mustapha Salihu, Prof. Etim Nyong, Dr. MB Shehu, Sen. Teslim Folarin and Alh. Sadeeq Sule-Iko Sami.
The Committee is expected to submit its report on Monday 7th March 2022.
