Nollywood actress Anita Joseph has reacted to recent online remarks made by her estranged husband, Fisayo Michael, popularly known as MC Fish, firmly asking him to stop dragging her into social media disputes and allow her move on with her life.
The actress shared her response via her Instagram story, making it clear that she had no interest in engaging in public back-and-forths, especially at the start of a new year.

“Memo to my ex. I don’t want to run in the mud with you,” she wrote.
“Please, this is a new year. If you have whatever you want to say, say it now and let me get on with my life.”
Anita Joseph further expressed confusion over the ongoing online exchanges, stating that she did not know who her estranged husband was confronting but insisted she should not be part of it.

“I don’t know who you are fighting with online, but please leave me out of whatever you are fighting,” she added.
“This new year is growth and positivity for me. Stop dragging me back with your mess.”
She concluded her message with a direct appeal:
“Shalom!! Leave me alone!!!”
Her reaction followed a series of Instagram posts by MC Fish, where he responded to claims that he depended financially on the actress during their marriage. The hypeman insisted he had been active in the entertainment industry for over 15 years and rejected suggestions that he relied on his wife for support.
MC Fish also disputed claims that Anita Joseph single-handedly paid household bills throughout their five-year marriage, warning that he would speak out if false narratives continued.
However, the actress appeared uninterested in addressing the claims directly. Instead, she made it clear that she wanted to stay away from online confrontations and focus on personal growth and peace in the new year.
