Aggrieved supporters of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) in Warri South West Local Government Area of Delta state have once again echoed their displeasure with the second term ambitions of the Council Chairman, Hon Taiye Tuoyo.
The displeasure is contained in an open letter addressed to the Chairman of the Party in the LGA, Hon. Chief Favour O. Izoukumor by Comrade Kenneth Ebikoro, advising the Chairman to listen to the voice of the masses.

Comrade Ebikoro unwaveringly stated that Hon Tuoyo’s second term ambition is dead on arrival and urged Chief Favour to present a different candidate if he wants to deliver the PDP come 2021.

According to Ebikoro, the need to advise the Party Chairman is hinged on his antecent of being a leader of equity, peace loving, and one who listens to the oppressed.
“We expect the Party Chairman to do the right thing as usual, to avoid any bad blood between party members when they go against Taiye Tuoyo’s second term ambition,” Ebikoro stated.
“We use this medium to plead with the party chairman to listen to the voice of the masses, because it won’t tell well if the party dares to impose Taiye Tuoyo on the masses,” he continued.
Ebikoro emphasized that the people of Warri South West have suffered too much in the hands of Taiye Tuoyo, hence, they will do everything possible to ensure he is doesn’t get a second term.
While stressing that supporters of the Party are not against an Itsekiri candidate, he maintained that Hon Tuoyo and his second term ambition will be a complete destruction of the PDP.
He called on Chief Favour and other party leaders to project a sellable and credible candidate other than Taiye Tuoyo.
Recall that youth leaders across Warri South West LGA had held a public portest, challenging the second term ambitions of the incumbent Chairman of the Council.
