Lil Kesh Confirms He’s Safe After Reported Robbery And Stabbing In Lagos

Afrobeats singer Keshinro Ololade, better known as Lil Kesh, has spoken out following reports that he was stabbed and robbed in Lagos on Wednesday.

The 30-year-old, famous for his smash hit Shoki, took to Instagram on Thursday to appreciate his fans and assure them that he is on the healing path.

“Life threw me a curveball, but I’m safe, healing, and blessed to be here. Grateful for the love, support and prayers,” he wrote.

His post came after widespread claims that he was attacked by assailants who allegedly carted away jewellery worth millions of naira during the incident.

Although the Lagos State Police Command has yet to release an official statement, Lil Kesh’s update has eased concerns among fans and fellow entertainers, many of whom had flooded social media with prayers since the reports surfaced.

Bauchi Police Arrest 748 Suspects, Recover N38m, Stolen Property

The Bauchi State Police Command says it has arrested 748 suspects and recovered over ₦38 million in cash along with stolen property within the last six months.

Commissioner of Police, Sani-Omolori Aliyu, disclosed this during a press briefing on Thursday to mark his six months in office. He revealed that the Command handled 394 criminal cases in the period under review.
