Man Swept Away By Flood In Ondo | Daily Report Nigeria

A middle-aged man identified as Akede, has been swept away by flood in the Iwaro Oka community of Akoko South-West Local Government Area, Ondo state.

The victim, a farmer, was reportedly swept away over the weekend.

The victim’s motorcycle was found inside a river close to a popular fuel station, as this alerted people to the fact that the farmer was missing.

While family members launched a search, his body was later found and recovered in a river close to St. Patrick’s College, Iwaro Oka, Ondo state.

He was described by family members as an easy going person who cherished his family.
