Nigerian comedian, Ginta Blessing, popularly known as MC B D-Light has narrated a painful experience with one of his colleagues.
The skit maker took to his Facebook account to explain that the unidentified colleague ran away with money they both made in a recent event.
The Warri-based compere narrated that he had given the unnamed colleague an opportunity to perform at a wedding reception in Sapele, Delta State but was paid back with evil.

In a lengthy post narrating his ordeal, B D-Light said;
“This is long. Please read till the end and advise me thanks.
In doing this job, I’ve seen a lot of things both sweet, bitter and ugly experiences. I always absorb the bitter and ugly experiences and make do with the sweet ones, but the recent bitter one I had precisely Saturday 10/12/2022(last Saturday) at Sapele in a wedding I anchored was too painful.
“So as I got to the venue of the event people were not much yet and the musician were already playing so I told them to continue as we await more guests to arrive.
“After some minutes I heard an MC talking, to my surprise I went straight to the groom who booked me and asked him if he also booked another MC beside me, he said no that the guy he’s his friend and pleaded with him to come so I should give him a chance to talk and that I am the main MC he paid.
“He said he didn’t even pay the guy but I should just allow him so I agreed based on the fact that I also love to allow others express their talent.
“I met the said MC, told him about his wrong deeds he apologized and I allowed him to carry on as we worked together.
“During the event as the guest were appreciating the couple with their cash gifts some of the guests also gave to me and to him also. In the spirit of love and oneness, we put the money together in his bag(the other MC’s bag).
“I never knew this guy had another plan. In the midst of the event this guy ran away with all the money in the bag. The most annoying part of this story is that the groom who said I should allow him that they are friends is not helping matters.
“I complained to him and he said he doesn’t have the guy’s number but he will look for away to get him. Till now, he has not done anything about it and to crown it up, the groom doesn’t pick my calls anymore.
“This is so so painful and. heartbreaking. Na bad thing to give person opportunity again Nawa ooo, this one really pain me.”
