A motorist has been left in awe as he is stopped and given a new year’s gift by an official of the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC).
In a video making rounds on social media, the FRSC official could be seen handing a N200 note as a new year’s gift to a man inside a car.

In the video, the motorist appeared shocked at the gesture, as most FRSC officials are known for extorting motorists.
This comes days after some police officers gifted cash and other items for Christmas.
