Wilfred Ndidi

Wilfred Ndidi made a comeback for Leicester City in their recent Sky Bet Championship match against Sunderland at the Stadium of Light.

Leicester secured a 1-0 victory, keeping their hopes of promotion alive. Ndidi had been sidelined for over two months due to a muscle injury.

His last appearance for Enzo Maresca’s team was in December 2023 against Cardiff City, where they won 2-0. Against Sunderland, Ndidi came on as a substitute for Yunus Akgun in the 72nd minute.
