Popular skit maker and actor, Mr Macaroni has reported a threat message he received on social media.

This was after he reacted to the report of Labour Party presidential candidate, Peter Obi, defeating All Progressives Congress presidential candidate and former Governor of Lagos, Bola Tinubu, in the state.

The former Governor of Anambra state polled a total of 582,354 votes to defeat his closest rival, Tinubu who polled 572,606 votes, according to the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC.

Mr Macaroni hence stated that Labour Party won despite the violence and intimidation in Lagos on February 25.

Also, the actor insisted that people should know that power was in their hands.

He had said:

Despite all the violence and intimidation unleashed in Lagos, Peter Obi has won Lagos State!!! The margin should be way more!!! I just want the people to know that the power is in our hands!!! They said no structure!! They said it is internet noise!!! LESSONS!!!!!”

The sender hence replied and said:

Omo Ale Yoruba! You have been watched around Lekki Environs. If you survive this year then thank your whatever god you are worshipping.”

However, Macaroni recalled the number of threats he had previously received from people and informed the sender that he was familiar with them.

Reacting to the threat, he said:

I’m already used to threats!
I have a record of all threats I have received, I also have recorded calls and messages of Powerful politicians and their children that have ever reached out to me!!!
I always said NO!
Because as long as I still dey, There shall be NO COMPROMISE!!!”
