Eminent Alu, a popular MC in Bayelsa State, on Wednesday, June 15, notified the general public that he would begin a fight against indecent dressing with ladies in the State.
He announced on Facebook his plan to flog victims with a
“Water cane.”
Alu noted his campaign against indecent dressing in the State would start on Saturday, June 18.
He said:

I will soon start my operations fight against indecent dressing in bayelsa State…
I will be carrying Water cane rubbed with Peper around the street of y
Yenagoa to flug heal out of those half nicked girls walking in the street of yenagoa, starting from Saturday 18th.
The general public should take note.
