A Nigerian man has expressed his joy after finding out marijuana is legal in Netherlands.

The man, who had just arrived Netherlands discovered that weed is legalized in the country, and took to the streets to smoke some.

Sharing a video of himself smoking on the street, the man expressed his excitement at the fact he didn’t have to bother about the police or any other security officers.
