Nigerian Striker Ighalo Joins Al Wehda

Al Wehda, a club in the Saudi Arabia Professional League, has officially confirmed the acquisition of Nigerian forward Odion Ighalo.

Signing a two-year deal with the Knights, the 34-year-old is set to embark on a new chapter.

The announcement of Ighalo’s arrival reverberated across social media as the club shared the news on Tuesday evening.

The club’s official Twitter account proudly declared, “A new Eagle in the ranks of the Knights. Welcome Ighalo.”

Departing from his previous team, the reigning champions of the Saudi Arabia Professional League, Al Hilal, Ighalo’s contract expired in June.

Having previously played for another Saudi club, Al Shabab, the former Watford star’s journey continues to unfold.
