Popular Nollywood actress Sarah Martins has sparked concern after she reportedly collapsed and was rushed to the hospital following a sudden health emergency. The actress shared her painful experience on social media, revealing that extreme exhaustion nearly broke her down after months of nonstop work.

The frightening incident was made public by Sarah Martins herself, who took to her Instagram page to narrate what she described as one of the most terrifying moments of her life.

According to the actress, she woke up one morning unable to feel any part of her body, a moment that made her fear the worst.

“I woke up today and couldn’t feel any part of my body. For a second, I felt lifeless,” she wrote.

Despite the warning signs, Sarah said she forced herself to continue working, heading to her shop to carry out inventory checks and interview new staff. It was during this process that she reportedly collapsed and was rushed to the hospital.

Medical doctors conducted over 32 different tests, including checks for cancer, fibroid, kidney and liver function, malaria, and typhoid. Shockingly, all the results came back negative.

Reflecting on her condition, the actress blamed it on months of overworking without rest.

“All through December, I worked every single day. No days off, no stretching, no rest… just working tirelessly to care for others while forgetting myself,” she said.

Sarah added that doctors diagnosed her with extreme exhaustion and strongly advised her to go on complete bed rest to recover properly.

“I’m typing this from a sick bed, but I will be fine. The God that protects the vulnerable kids I struggle for will never fail me,” she wrote.

Following the post, fans, colleagues, and well-wishers flooded her comment section with prayers and messages of support, wishing her a speedy recovery.
