Super Eagles legend, Austin Jay Jay Okocha has urged and encouraged Victor Osimhen to switch to the English Premier League this summer.

Osimhen has been heavily linked with Premier League giants, Chelsea, Arsenal and Manchester United following his impressive and fruitful campaign with the Serie A leaders Napoli.

The 24-year-old has also expressed his desire to play and shine in the English top flight in the future.

Okocha admitted that playing in the Premier League would be ideal for Osimhen right now.

“Well I mean he’s done well, he’s having a great season,” Okocha told the BBC.

“And I think he duly deserves the praise he’s getting, but the ultimate for him is to play in the Premier League which he has made clear as well.”

Osimhen has scored 21 goals in 23 league appearances for Napoli this season.
