More than 100 individuals are taking legal action against rap musician Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs, accusing him of sexual assault, rape, and sexual exploitation.

A Texas-based lawyer, Mr Tony Buzbee stated that the allegations are deeply concerning, with some victims as young as nine years old.

Buzbee stressed the severity of the matter, stating that his team will pursue the case vigorously and leave no stone unturned in identifying potentially liable parties.

This latest legal action follows Combs’ recent arrest and criminal charges of racketeering and sex trafficking.

He remains in federal custody, denying all allegations of criminal wrongdoing.

According to Buzbee, the alleged victims number 120, with half being men and half women, and 25 were minors at the time of the incidents.

Combs’ allegations span from 1991 to the present day, with most incidents occurring after 2015.

The alleged victims claim they were date raped after parties hosted by Combs at various venues, including private residences and hotels.

Others allege they were exploited during auditions for the entertainment industry.

Buzbee explained that each victim will have an individual case filed on their behalf, rather than a class action lawsuit.
