The Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP), Dr Dennis Otuaro, has congratulated the Governor of Delta State, Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, on the occasion of his 62nd birthday, describing him as a worthy leader driving peace and development in the state.
In a statement issued on Thursday and signed by his Special Assistant on Media, Mr Igoniko Oduma, Otuaro praised Oborevwori for strengthening unity and delivering steady progress across Delta State.
He said the people of the state are proud of the governor’s performance and confident in his ability to lead them into a better future.
