Music executive Paulo Okoye has declared Burna Boy as Nigeria’s wealthiest musician. During an Instagram Live session with popular podcaster Daddy Freeze, Okoye revealed that Burna Boy earned an impressive $80 million in 2023 alone.
Okoye highlighted Burna financial success, stating, “Burna is the only one making serious money in Nigeria. He made at least $80 to $100 million in the last four years. He’s on another level.”
He also noted that Burna financial management is streamlined, with a small, tight-knit team that includes his mother and sister, keeping the circle close and efficient. According to Okoye, most of Burna team members are either contractors or consultants, contributing to his impressive earnings.
