The lawmaker representing Burutu Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives, Julius Pondi, has facilitated a free medical outreach to constituents.
The outreach, organized by the Pharmacy Council of Nigeria (PCN) in conjunction with Pekjul Integrated Services, will be held in three communities in the Constituency.
Billed to hold between Monday, September 2 to Thursday, September 4, the exercise will be held in Tuomo, Tamigbe, and Ojobo precisely.

Announcing the outreach, Tonkri Apu, Senior Legislative Aide to Pondi, said the gesture was part of the lawmaker’s resolve to deliver people oriented interventions to constituents.
Daily Report Nigeria recalls that a similar outreach was facilitated by Pondi in July 2022, recording over 800 beneficiaries treated for malaria, diabetes, glaucoma, arthritis, asthma, and over 50 other diseases.
“The aim of this program is to reach out to as many as possible persons in Burutu Federal Constituency, to create a healthy environment for all.
“Health is wealth and we thought it wise to make sure that as many people as possible are made healthy to enable them face their daily endeavors.
“I am convinced that at the end of this exercise, the health of these people would have been greatly affected positively,” Pondi had said at the completion of the exercise in July 2022.
