Revered oil magnate, Chief Dumo Lulu-Briggs has officially declared his intent to contest the governorship election in Rivers State.
Lulu-Briggs made the declaration after arriving at the Port Harcourt International Airport from Abuja on Friday morning.
The oil mogul expressed optimism that he will emerge governor, citing his enormous good works in the State as a pointer.
