Selena Gomez received her first acting Emmy nomination for Best Actress in a Comedy Series for her role as Mabel in ‘Only Murders In The Building.’ She also became the most Emmy-nominated Latina producer, earning a nod as an executive producer for the same series.

‘The Bear’ set a new record with 23 nominations in the comedy category, surpassing the previous record held by ’30 Rock.’ ‘Shogun’ led the Drama category with 25 nominations.

Nigerian-American actress Ayo Edebiri was nominated for Lead Actress in a Comedy Series alongside stars like Quinta Brunson and Selena Gomez.

Gomez celebrated her nominations on Instagram, expressing her gratitude and excitement. The 2024 Emmy Awards will take place on September 15 at the Peacock Theater in Los Angeles.
