Shallipopi Announces Break from Smoking, Encourages Others to Abstain Occasionally

Nigerian singer Crown Uzama, known as Shallipopi, has announced he’s taking a break from smoking. The ‘Pluto Presido’ artist shared this update in a recent Snapchat video during his vacation.

He encouraged fellow smokers to occasionally abstain from the habit, saying, “No be every time you go dey smoke Igbo, sometimes take a break. I am on break now. I am feeling good.”

Notably, other Nigerian celebrities like Tonto Dikeh, Don Jazzy, Terry G, Faze, Dr Sid, and Kizz Daniel have also announced quitting smoking in the past.

However, some, including Terry G and Kizz Daniel, have later admitted to resuming the habit on their social media pages.
