Nigerian singer Tems has been nominated for the Golden Globe Awards (accolades bestowed by the Hollywood Foreign Press Association.)

The singer recently shared the news on her Twitter account.

Tems was nominated for her songwriting efforts of “Lift Me Up,” a track from Marvel Studios’ recently released movie, Wakanda Forever.

The Nigerian star was nominated in the Best Original Song Category alongside Rihanna, Ryan Coogler, and Ludwig Goransson.

Reacting to a congratulatory post from the official Marvel Studios Twitter handle, Tems called on God, while saying the feat is “too much.”
