Engr Victor Ebikonde Sokoto has congratulated his boss, Dr. Dennis Otuaro following his appointment as Sole Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Program.
Daily Report Nigeria reports that Otuaro’s appointment is sequel to the expiration of tenure of Gen. Maj. Barry Ndiomu.
In a terse congratulatory message on Friday, Sokoto expressed confidence in Otuaro’s abilities to oversee the program.
He said;
“It’s been a long journey, and I can’t thank God enough for all He has accomplished in your life. It’s truly the grace of God at work.
“On behalf of my family, I heartily congratulate you, High Chief Dr. Dennis Otuaro, PhD on your appointment as Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP).
“I have no doubt your leadership will bring the Niger Delta to new heights of peace and transformational development, leveraging your skills as a renowned development expert.
“I wish you God’s wisdom, good health, and a productive tenure in office. Once again, congratulations, Owelle of Africa.”
