Spark Foundation has fulfilled its promise to issue scholarships to selected pupils across Ogulagha Kingdom, Burutu LGA, Delta State.
The Foundation in conjunction with the National Association of Ogulagha Clan Students, presented the scholarship funds to the beneficiaries earlier in the week.
The presentation ceremony was overseen by Comrade Igere Clever, a former President of NAOCS, who represented the SPARK Foundation Chairperson, Engr Uti Theresa Ebikenyen.

Addressing the students, Igere called to mind the challenges the SPARK benefactor had gone through on her way to gaining prominence.
He noted that the Foundation’s goal is to see the Ijaw child become whatever they want to by motivating young Ijaw kids towards academic and societal excellence.
The beneficiaries are as follows;
- Isaiah Christabel (Basic principle dominion school).
- Samuel Andrew (Fikesei primary school).
- Tangbowei Gift
(Sokebolou Secondary school, Sokebolou). - Odeh Bibo-ere
(World of faith groups of school). - Josiah Timipere
(Ogulagha secondary school, Ogulagha).
