Chelsea are eager to secure Alexander Isak from Newcastle United and are considering including Nicolas Jackson in their offer to negotiate down the £115 million asking price. According to The Sun, Chelsea’s intention is for Isak to lead their attack in the upcoming season under Enzo Maresca.
Jackson had a mixed debut season at Stamford Bridge following his transfer from Villarreal. Despite challenges, he managed to score 17 goals and provide six assists across all competitions.
Chelsea are reportedly open to sending Jackson to Newcastle as part of the deal to acquire Isak. Isak concluded the previous season with an impressive record of 25 goals in 40 appearances, including 21 in the league.
