In a post on his X account, Tinubu recalled his presentation of the 2025 budget to the National Assembly.

The budget, themed “2025 Budget of Restoration: Securing Peace, Rebuilding Prosperity,” outlines the administration’s plans for economic growth and development. Tinubu emphasized that “the time for lamentation is over” and encouraged Nigerians to look forward to a brighter future.

As he stated, “We are building a Nigeria where peace reigns, opportunities abound, and every citizen can dream, work, and thrive in safety. We have to move forward, not as individuals but as one united nation, determined to rewrite our story for the generations to come.”

Tinubu Seeks Increase In $2 Billion Currency Swap With China

President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has called on the Chinese government to increase the $2 billion currency swap between Nigeria and China.

The president made the request during a meeting with China’s Foreign Minister, Wang Yi, at the State House.
