Speaking to Daily Report Nigeria, Pondi expressed pride in the level of impact the Sologha Ekpemupolo Centre is making on education for coastal communities in the state.

The Chairman House Committee on Environment pledged to provide necessary support to further improve the status of the centre ahead of next year’s exercise.

On their part, the benefiaries of the educational outreach expressed delight that the Sologha Ekpemupolo CBT Centre has greatly lifted the burden of students travelling long distances to partake of the exercise.

A total of 228 students sat for the nationwide examination at the centre for the 2024 JAMB exercise.

Meanwhile, 20 best performing students from participants at the centre who secure admissions will benefit from the annual scholarship scheme of the Julius Pondi Foundation.
