The former Arsenal midfielder pleaded not guilty to five count charges of rape against two women and one count of sexual assault involving a third woman.
According to court papers, the alleged incidents occurred between April 2021 and June 2022, while the 32-year-old was at Arsenal.
The former Athletico Madrid star confirmed his name and date of birth in a short hearing, and then pleaded not guilty to each charge.
At the end of the hearing, Judge Christopher Hehir set the trial to start at Southwark Crown Court on November 2, 2026.
He told Partey: “Your trial will take place at this court on November 2 of next year, 2026.”
“I appreciate that is quite a long way in advance. As you may appreciate, the crown courts have a huge backlog of work, which means that trials do take a long time to come on. Because you have bail, effectively you are sitting behind a queue of people in prison who are waiting to be tried.”
Thomas Partey was granted bail with conditions that mirror those at a previous hearing: he must not contact any of the three women and must notify police of any permanent change of address or international travel.
The judge indicated the case may last several weeks when it comes to trial.
The hearing came a day after the midfielder featured for Villarreal as a substitute in their Champions League game against Tottenham in London.
Partey left Arsenal when his contract expired at the end of June and signed for Villarreal this summer.

Thomas Partey joined Arsenal from Atlético Madrid in 2020 for a reported fee in the region of £45–50 million and made more than 160 appearances for the Gunners, scoring nine goals.
He has also been a regular for the Ghana national team, earning more than 50 caps.
An Arsenal spokesperson previously said:
“The player’s contract ended on June 30. Due to ongoing legal proceedings, the club is unable to comment on the case.”
Thomas Partey’s matter will now move through the UK court system, with a full trial expected to follow next year.
