With all matches becoming more intense as the English Premier League among other famous leagues across Europe enters match day 10, Daily Report Nigeria’s top 5 league matches in Europe this weekend returns with the following analysis.

ENGLAND PREMIER LEAGUE

Leicester City v Arsenal

Arsenal will be opening this weekend’s English Premier League games as they travel to the King Power Stadium on Saturday, 30th of October to take on Leicester City at 12:30 pm.

The Gunners have remarkably improved with an unbeaten streak in their last eight matches since succumbing to a humiliating 5-0 loss against Manchester City on August 28.

Mikel Arteta’s men have not encountered any big club thereafter other than Tottenham, and will face a stern test tomorrow against Nigeria’s Iheanacho and Ndidi’ team.

The ninth-place Leicester City are above Arsenal on goal difference and have received a boost in Jamie Vardy, who just recovered from a knee injury barring him from featuring against Brighton in midweek.

However, Ricardo Pereira and Ayoze Perez are yet to recuperate from injury and illness respectively.

Los murciélagos, who twice destroyed Villareal this season have grabbed more wins than The Yellow Submarine throughout their meetings. Jose Bordalas side are 11th on the table with only one point ahead of Unai Emery’s men who have 12 points in 10 matches.

ITALIAN SERIE ‘A’

Roma v Ac Milan

AS Roma became the first team to cause Serie A topping Napoli will face AC Milan on Sunday, at the Stadio Olimpico.

The Rossoneri, whose current outstanding form see them level with Napoli at the summit have won 9 of its 10 league matches with just one draw.

Milan sits second with 2 places above Roma who have secured 19 points so far. The visitor’s unbeaten run will however face a tough trial against Jose Mourinho’s team on Sunday.

GERMANY BUNDESLIGA

Eintracht Frankfurt v RB Leipzig

Jesse Marsch and his citizens will be competing with Die Adler at Deutsche Bank Park in a match scheduled for Saturday at 5:30pm.

The visitors, who have improved in the las few weeks has been elevated to the sixth position. Oliver Glasner’s side on the other hand are struggling down in 15th spot.
