Troops Recover Arms From IPOB, ESN Camp in Anambra

In a recent operation, troops from the Forward Operating Base Molai, in collaboration with the Civilian Joint Task Force and Operation Hadin Kai, successfully rescued family members of a Boko Haram terrorist.

The joint security forces set up an ambush at a known terrorist logistics crossing point along the Yuwe Road in Bama Local Government Area, Borno State.

According to security expert and counter-insurgency analyst Zagazola Makama, the troops engaged in a fierce gun battle with the terrorists during a counter-offensive patrol in Yuwe.

The terrorists were defeated, with some fleeing in disarray and leaving behind their family members and ammunition.

Makama added that the rescued family members include a mother, Aisha Usman, and her three daughters, Hauwa, Binta, and Amina.
