Nigerian defender William Troost-Ekong may be heading to Saudi Arabia this summer, according to DAILY POST. BBC reporter Oluwashina Okeleji has revealed that three Saudi clubs have shown interest in the center-back.

Troost-Ekong has been in excellent form for PAOK during pre-season and has fully recovered from the injury he sustained at the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations.

The 30-year-old, formerly of Watford, was also linked with a move to a Saudi club during the 2023 AFCON finals held in Cote d’Ivoire, where he was named the Most Valuable Player (MVP).

Last week, he scored the winning goal in PAOK’s 3-2 victory over Bosnian club FK Borac Banja Luka in a UEFA Champions League second-round qualifying match.
