The draw occurred on Wednesday afternoon at the Cercle National de l’Armee, Algiers.
Fixtures in the group will hold at the Chahid Hamlaoui Stadium, Constantine.

Hosts Algeria were placed in Group A with Senegal, Congo, and Somalia.
Two two-time winners, Cameroon and Mali will face off in Group C along with Burkina Faso and South Sudan.
The 2023 U-17 AFCON will run from April 29 to May 19.
