As the Russian-Ukraine war enters its third day, 27 countries, including the US and the UK, have pledged to send weapons, medical supplies, and other military aid to Ukrainian forces.
“The assistance includes lethal aid, such as ammunition, anti-tank weapons, and anti-air weapons, as well as non-lethal aid, such as medical supplies,” according to the report.
This came after a virtual ‘donor conference’ of military aid organized by the UK defence secretary, Ben Wallace, on Friday evening, during which the 25 nations on the call pledged their support. Two other countries, who were unable to attend the conference, sent in pledges of support on Saturday.
