A new twist has been added to the murder case of the late Super TV CHief Executive Officer, Usifo Ataga.
His suspected killer, Chidinma Ojukwu, a 300-level Mass Communication student of the University of Lagos, has pleaded not guilty to the killing of the deceased.
The 22-year-old who appeared in court on Tuesday before Justice Yetunde Adesanya-led Lagos State High Court sitting at the Tafawa Balewa Square pleaded not guilty to the murder charges.

Recall that Hakeem Odumosu, the Lagos State Commissioner of Police had in July alleged that Ataga was drugged before being killed.

Chidinma and her suspected accomplice, Adedapo Quadri, both pleaded not guilty to eight counts bordering on offences of murder, forgery and stealing.
Egbuchu Chioma, a sister to the prime suspect, who an iPhone 7 belonging to the slain Ataga was recovered, was also arraigned before Justice Adesanya on Tuesday.
Chioma also pleaded not guilty to a 9th count of being in possession of the alleged stolen property.
The suspects will continue to be prosecuted by the Director of the Department of Public Prosecution, Mrs Olayinka Adeyemi.
Chidinma made headlines in July when she was arrested in respect of the late Super TV CEO, who was found dead inside an Airbnb rental space he had lodged with the accused.
