Vanessa Okoye, daughter of talent manager Paulo Okoye, has criticized social media activist VeryDarkMan (VDM) for disrespecting her father publicly.

The conflict began when VDM made comments about Paulo’s girlfriend, Iyabo Ojo, prompting Paulo to defend her, which led to a back-and-forth exchange.

Vanessa disapproved of VDM’s behavior, stating that those who disrespect her father mistake their silence for ignorance. She emphasized their focus on building a legacy of integrity and excellence rather than engaging in petty arguments.

“Those who disrespect my father mistake our silence for ignorance. We’re focused on forging a legacy of integrity and excellence, not addressing petty remarks from those lacking vision and respect. It’s the audacity for me,” she wrote on Instagram.
