Napoli striker Victor Osimhen has expressed his desire to leave the Serie A club, according to the club’s director, Giovanni Manna. Manna revealed that Osimhen was close to exiting last summer, but no serious offers came through.
“Victor Osimhen has asked to leave the club. He wants to go,” Manna confirmed. “The situation is clear; there were already chances for his exit last summer. Victor wants to leave. We will see in the next 20 days.”
Napoli has reportedly lined up Chelsea striker Romelu Lukaku as Osimhen’s replacement for the upcoming season.
