Dino Melaye, the spokesperson of the presidential candidate of the People’s Democratic Party, Atiku Abubakar, has stated that the poor performance of President Buhari, has ruined Tinubu’s chances becoming the next President of Nigeria.
Dino, who said this during an interview with Channel Television, stated that the failure of the ruling APC to provide solutions to the economic challenges bedevilling the country made all candidates of the party “not marketable”
He said, “We have carried out a lot of intellectual works. We have carried out opinion polls, we’ve interacted with the people and this government marketed Atiku by their colossal failure.

“Today, the most difficult candidate to sell is any APC candidate whether at counsellorship level, House of Assembly, House of Reps or Senate or governorship. That is why you cannot defend Bola Ahmed Tinubu, you cannot promote Bola Ahmed Tinubu, you cannot campaign for Bola Ahmed Tnubu and not look stupid.”
Melaye further said, Atiku prepared himself for today. Even in the last two years, he is the only candidate who has gone to update his education, obtain his Master’s degress from a university in Cambridge. So, who is more prepared in terms of experience, in terms of hospitality, in terms of contacts?”
